Thomas Delicati

Coming from a background in business information systems and web-based development, Tom started working in manufacturing in 2006. Without any prior ERP knowledge, he was forced to dive in and become the subject matter expert on just about everything from shipping and receiving down to the inner workings of MRP processing. Throughout the next 10 years, Tom spent time investing in real-world user problems, developing custom solutions, and continuous education to become sharper and be surrounded with other problem solvers with a focused “iron sharpens iron” mentality.

Since forming LEAD in 2016, Tom continues to pour into users, grow and improve his skills, and develop relationships with others in the ERP community.

Chaz Bush

Chaz started his career as a network administrator in 2018, but when COVID hit and manufacturing problems started piling up, he took the opportunity and ran with it. Meshing his IT background with a focus on throughput and the relationships between departments, he spent years working the floor and solving constraints from first principles, developing his own approach before realizing that lean and Theory of Constraints already existed as formal methodologies. He studied them, layered his own understanding on top, and has carried that approach into every engagement since.

Since becoming a partner at LEAD in 2026, Chaz continues to go where the action is, solve from first principles, and craft purpose-built solutions for the people doing the work. He’ll tell you the work works on you more than you work on it. The floor, the constraints, and the people on it have taught him more than any methodology ever could.
